
Le Tre Fontane
Open since 1997, it is family-run. The owner, Annibale Scalercio, is a chef by passion, and has rediscovered numerous recipes of typical jazz cuisine. The main suppliers of the restaurant are relatives and friends who grow seasonal fruit and vegetables which are then expertly cooked and served in the restaurant. The restaurant is located on Piazza Ponte, its ancient structure has been recently restored preserving its historical characteristics. The interiors are well cared for, there are several rooms that make it up, there is also a small terrace used to host its customers who can thus enjoy the dishes in the open air, under the stars. Which is also possible on the back, where among other things, there is a private grove, at the service of customers, where you can have lunch or dinner in absolute tranquility and intimacy.
The restaurant
The appetizers are plentiful, renewed on a weekly basis and are inspired by recipes made with seasonal products. They are also available based on fish. In addition to the classic first courses, the house also offers those prepared with homemade pasta. To make these very special first courses, chef Annibale thinks of it, who has invented various sauces including one that has since become a real specialty: a green sauce with an excellent flavor, from which it is very difficult to identify all the ingredients that make it up. . The house specialties are enriched with meat-based main courses: porchetta, kid, lamb and rabbit, all cooked with typical recipes.
The pizzeria
For many of the pizzas prepared by "Le tre fontane", the ingredients used are actually derived from those products supplied by the same family or as told by friends and relatives. This benefits the authenticity of the pizzas themselves which take on a unique flavor given, among other things, the particular dough also worked with a secret ingredient suggested by grandmother Tommasina.

Completely renovated, it is in total harmony with the local tradition, it has 25 rooms, all furnished in a pleasant modern style, equipped with all comforts. The rooms have balconies and terraces from which it is possible to enjoy the sea or hill view.
The restaurant
The local restaurant follows with extreme dedication the dictates of the traditional cuisine of the place which makes extensive use of local products, including extra virgin olive oil, the king of Mediterranean cuisine. Local products, carefully selected by the management, which allow the local chef to offer the typical flavors of Calabrian cuisine. His dishes made with skill and a lot of passion make use, among other things, of the freshest products of our local fish. And so, among the products prepared by the chef, first courses based on fresh pasta and second courses based on very fresh fish, excellent quality meat.
